Discuss the book and interesting topics with African American Studies.

On Wednesday, February 15th, 2012 the African American Studies Department at the University of Maryland, College Park will host a discussion based on the book “Malcolm X: A Life of Reinvention” by Manning Marable. The discussion will center on the following:
  1. What would be Malcolm’s analysis of the prison industrial complex or the New Jim Crow in the 21st century?
  2. Comments on Manning Marable’s book.
