MOSAIC is a two-day, one-night weekend retreat focused on exploring the relationship between diversity and leadership. Interactive sessions and group discussions are designed to create an environment for individuals to examine their identity and how it influences their understanding of and approach to leadership. Goals of the retreat include developing a stronger sense of self-awareness, examining how identity influences leadership, and engaging in conversations around how to use insights to shape the Maryland campus community.
The MOSAIC Diversity & Leadership Retreat is on Saturday, February 25th and Sunday, February 26th at Skycroft Conference Center in Middletown, MD.

Check-in for the retreat begins on Saturday, February 25th at 8:30 am at The Stamp. Students can expect to return to campus by 7:00pm on Sunday, February 26th.
The conference fee is $25, which includes transportation, housing accommodations, all meals, and conference material. Ample sponsorship opportunities exist to ensure the cost does not prevent you from attending.
